By using Quiet Budget, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Quiet Budget is

Quiet Budget is a personal budgeting tool that lets you manually track income, expenses, and budgets. It includes an AI assistant powered by Google Gemini for financial insights. The service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure
• All activity under your account
• Letting us know if you suspect unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to use Quiet Budget.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal
• Try to access other users' accounts or our internal systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use bots or automated scripts to access the service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service

Your data

You own the data you put into Quiet Budget. By using the service, you give us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you enter
• Keeping your own backups (we provide CSV export)

AI assistant

The AI assistant uses Google Gemini to answer questions about your finances. AI responses are generated based on your transaction data and may not always be accurate. The AI assistant is not a financial advisor. Do not rely on it for financial, investment, or tax decisions.

Not financial advice

Quiet Budget is a tracking tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing in this app constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice. For professional guidance, consult a qualified advisor.

Intellectual property

The Quiet Budget service, including its design, code, and branding, is our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of it without permission.

Disclaimers

Quiet Budget is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of any calculations or AI responses
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may:

• Update or discontinue any part of the service at any time
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Change these terms (we will notify you of significant changes)

You can delete your account at any time. When you do, all your data is permanently removed.

Data export

You can export your data to CSV at any time. Your data is yours, and we want you to always have access to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quiet Budget operates.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Entire agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and Quiet Budget.
